These are the support packages available to all practices.

Ad-hoc pay as you go

The practice needs to have an agreement in place for us to provide support on a "pay as you go" arrangement. 

Our hourly rate is $280 plus GST. 

We raise invoices either periodically or as tasks are completed. 

Our terms are strictly 14days. Our time recording system does not allow support for unpaid invoices outside this time frame. 

Buy a support hour

You need a response and the practice does NOT have:

a. an adhoc agreement in place; NOR a
b. pre-paid support plan; NOR an
c. agreed project. 

Buy an hour ot support. 
AND log support. 
AND if it needs more time than an hour we will advise. 

Buy "n" hours in advance

For pre-paid support we offer the following:

10 hours @ $280*: 5% discount
20 hours @ $280*: 10% discount

AND then Log Support as needed. 

Immediate Support response time is within the hour. Non-immediate support is by the next business day (at the latest). UNLESS we are in meetings or travelling.
