What will we undertake?

The support package comprises:
  • Gather information regarding your circumstances;
  • Review in the context of the College process;
  • Provide an opinion of the alternative approaches comprising either Consideration of Special Circumstances and/or Reconsideration, Review and Appeal;
  • Provide guidance regarding Grounds; 
  • Provide an opinion of likely of success;
  • Provide alternate next actions.

Support time provided is 6 hours. If more time is required we will advise, provide a quotation and seek approval before proceeding.

What will we undertake?

The support package comprises:
  • Draft the application documentation;
  • Draft supporting documents; 
  • Liaise with stakeholders as needed; 
  • Provide guidance for lodgement;
  • Review College response and suggested next actions;
  • Alternate pathways to consider;
  • "What if" the lodgement does not succeed.

 Support time provided is 20 hours. If more time is required we will advise, provide a quotation and seek approval before proceeding.

Provide details of your circumstance and Seek an Opinion

It is a pre-Requisite you have undertaken the Explanation Option.

Only then decide to seek an Opinion from our team. Given timeframes we need to delay other work to focus on the Opinion.


After completion of the Explanation Course you receive an email providing a link to SEEK OPINION.

We include 6 hours of support. If more time is needed we will advise. 

There is NO GUARANTEE of a successful outcome.

The Lead Role: We Prepare, Lodge and Guide

You must have sought an Opinion prior to this Option.

You've decided to proceed. Given lodgement timeframes we need to delay other work to focus on the College lodgement.

After completion of the OPINION you receive an email providing a link to PREPARE, LODGE and GUIDE.

We include 20 hours of support. If more time is needed we will advise. 

There is NO GUARANTEE of a successful outcome.

Are there timeframes Consideration of Special Circumstances?

YES. 

Each College has different timeframes. Best to seek our guidance as soon as possible.

Timesframes vary by College.

It is BEST to lodge BEFORE the examination or assessment.

AFTER the examination. Medical, Compassionate and other Incidents are generally <=5days.

NO CSC will be considered once the outcome of the examination or assessment is released. 

Are there timeframes for Reconsideration, Review and Appeal?

YES. 

Each College has different timeframes. Best to seek our guidance as soon as possible.

Timeframes vary by College.

RANZCR is generally <=10 days from date of decision.

Other Colleges vary 14-28 days. 

When do I consider using Consideration for Special Circumstances?

A CSC is BEST lodged BEFORE the examination or assessment.

OR during the examination or assessment make the supervisor or assessor aware of our circumstances impacting you.

When is a Reconsideration most appropriate?

Following a College decision. Provide you have "Grounds for Reconsideration". 

When is a Review most appropriate?

A Review is appropriate following an adverse Reconsideration. There are strict timeframes and there must be STRONG GROUNDS. 

When is an Appeal most appropriate?

An APPEAL is most appropriate following an adverse REVIEW. There are strict timeframes for lodgement AND there must be STRONG GROUNDS. 

Can you guarantee an outcome?

Sadly NO. In the Explantion option we outline the most likely bases that have succeeded. And in the Seeking Opinion option we will focus on your circumstances and provide guidance.
