What will I learn in this course?
Our course provides an understanding of the renewal process and guides you through completion of the various AHPRA forms and securing supporting documents.
Includes how to lodge and monitor your renewal.
There are Optional Support packages from KnowMedical covering:
a. either us checking your lodgement OR
b. undertaking the full preparation, lodgement, monitor and ensure renewal outcome (if you choose this option you do not need to do the course albeit highly recommended).

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to lodge before the Renewal Date?
NO.
The date your registration will lapse is ONE MONTH after your Renewal Date.
If a Renewal is lodged AFTER the Renewal Date and BEFORE the Lapse Date there is a higher AHPRA lodgement fee.
My Renewal has been lodged but not yet processed.
Once your Renewal is lodged BEFORE the Renewal or Lapse date your AHPRA registration remains current.
Our course provides information on how to track your renewal. And how to provide evidence to a practice. If you've taken the Optional Support we'll provide this evidence to you.
Can I practice with a lapsed AHPRA registration?
If your registration has Lapsed meaning Expired then you are NOT able to practice.
Select IMMEDIATE DOCTOR SUPPORT to discuss with us.
What if I do not have all of the supporting documents?
Our recommendation is to lodge BEFORE the Renewal or the Lapse date.
AHPRA will process and detect that not all supporting documents have been provided.
They will provide time to do so.
How do I lodge the Renewal?
You need to lodge via the AHPRA portal.
We do so for you if you took the Optional Renewal Support package.

If you have NOT take our package then you need to select Immediate Doctor Support.
