Who is this package for?

This course is for ALL overseas qualified doctors. The AHPRA ORIG30 Orientation Report is a MANDATORY condition of registration. It MUST be lodged AFTER the doctor has practiced in Australia for 3 months.

Do I have to complete an ORIG30?

Your initial AHPRA registration will show whether: 
  • an ORIG30 is required AFTER 3 months practice 
  • a WRIG30 is required AFTER 3 months practice
  • a Cultural Awareness Course is required AFTER 3 months practice

For MOST IMG's all three ARE REQUIRED.

Does this course cover all elements of the ORIG30?

YES.

We know from running two imaging practices the elements required AND from our research into the AHPRA requirements. 

SOME ELEMENTS CAN ONLY BE PROVIDED BY THE EMPLOYER. The courses also covers what the Employer must provide AND a checklist for completion. 

WHEN is the ORIG30 due?

The ORIG30 is due after completion of 3 months' practice. 

How is the ORIG30 lodged?

The ORIG30 is lodged via the Doctor's AHPRA portal.
